Over the years, we’ve heard that Asana can feel cluttered and difficult to navigate, especially as you add more work. With the extra volatility and challenges we’ve all been experiencing lately, we wanted to make at least Asana painless to navigate.
We are excited to introduce an Asana redesign to help you find what you need quickly and easily, in your way. Here’s what you can expect to see:
Access your most important work with our new sidebar. You can reorder projects, drag-and-drop sections, star your favorite projects, portfolios, or profiles, and resize the sidebar to quickly access what you need
It’s easier than ever to find work in Asana - try quick filters in search (now front and center on the topbar) and in-project search
Multi-sort and filter options let you set up a project view that works just for you - try it out in list and board view

Lastly, thank you to those who helped inform these changes! Feedback from thousands of early access participants were critical to these enhancements. We always appreciate your partnership and hope you enjoy the new Asana! Please let us know if you have any questions or feedback.
