New this year, AI Teammates is coaching you :man_genie:

Last year, the correction relied mainly on AI Studio automations.
This year, an AI Teammate corrects your quiz like a real coach. After you submit, you will receive an email with:
• Your score and the correct answers
• Links to the relevant Help Center articles
• Personal recommendations based on your answers, to help you improve and go further with Asana AI

The goal is to help you progress in a practical and friendly way.

Forms lovers’ corner :orange_heart:

I love using Asana forms in creative ways. Find here all my previous ideas:
Forms use cases 1 - questions as images
Forms use cases 2 - Learning Management System
Forms as risk assessment
Asana Brain Challenge (2023)
Last year’s Asana AI Quiz (2024)

A fortune cookie for the road?

:fortune_cookie: If it’s not in Asana, it doesn’t exist :fortune_cookie:

Why? When everything is documented in Asana, context is easy to find, decisions are transparent, and the whole team stays aligned.

Have fun, and feel free to share your score or learnings in the thread!

Ahhh we always look forward to your quizzes, @Arthur_BEGOU! And this year’s AI teammate coaching is next level. Asana Academy worthy :fire:

My fingers are already itching to answer it hahaha. But since I’m an Asana and Community Manager, I need to keep my composure and stay neutral… so I’ll just cheer from the sidelines

Thank you again!

Thanks @Vanessa_N :heart_hands:

Soon I’ll post here more information about how I’ve trained that Teammate to perform that mission :+1:

I personally haven’t use AI yet in Asana, but this quiz definitely opened my eyes to some of things it can do. Definitely enticing, maybe work towards using it more in the new year :tada:

Fantastic quiz and AI Teammates workflow, @Arthur_BEGOU!

I submitted my quiz form about an hour ago but haven’t received an email reply as promised. Perhaps you can check in case I entered the email address incorrectly. I can confirm that I chose the option to use email and filled in the required fields, I got the form submission confirmation page after submitting, and I checked spam–no teammate-generated email and no regular Asana form email reply (which maybe you’re not using).

Thanks,

Larry

Just updating to say that I did receive the promised email, so all good.

It’s really well done, and just what you promised.

Happy to share my score:

  • Total score: 14/15 (approximately 18.7/20)

I reluctantly concede to Danny that my #10 answer was not perfect!

Thanks @lpb for taking part, and sorry the AI Teammate pushed back on your (very accurate) answer

That quiz sparked a lot of learnings, which I’ll share soon in an article. One key takeaway: AI Teammates are not well-connected to rules (at least, in that beta version). My guess is that they’re likely not meant to live inside fully automated workflows, but rather to be summoned by users when needed.
That’s why I had to assign them manually to each form submission. Also, when you sent yours, my time zone was asleep, which explains the delay.

Love the quiz but love your list of previous form ideas even more. Great resources and use cases! TY!

PS. you have a grammar error/typo in the question title (“are”+”difference” )

I completed the quiz but didn’t receive an email with the answers. Can you help?

Thanks, everyone, for taking the Asana AI Quiz coached by an AI Teammate. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

We had almost 70 participants, with scores ranging from 4 to 14 out of 15 and an average of 9.7/15 so the quiz was challenging enough to generate real learning.

The AI Teammate was able to process every submission, score all questions, and generate personalized correction emails for each participant.
The only drawback was that I had to assign manually the Teammate, to each submission (Teammates not being able to follow up after rules, for the moment).
