Use-cases with forms: #1 Form with images (only)

I’ve experimented Asana forms with different (and sometimes unique) shapes.

In that first article, to emphasize on the design, I’ve created a form using only images.

How to make that form :

1. Add your questions
2. As title, add a blank character (ex: https://emptycharacter.com/)
3. In description, add your picture (using the “+” of the text field)
