Hi @Mihir_Desu, welcome to the Asana Community Forum! Iām afraid we donāt have updates to share at the moment. Weāll make sure to comment on this thread as soon as we have any news!
Tomorrow it is 4 years ago when somebody made this request. I really hope Asana is working on this, but I donāt think the areā¦

This would make it so much easier to use Asana in more aspects of my life!
I also very much need this feature. I work with multiple organizations and really need to be able to see all of my tasks in one place. I hate switching between organizations.
Upvoting! Please make this a thing!
Keeping the flame alive. Iāve been working with Asana for six months and am expanding my use, but itās a serious limitation to not be able to simply see what I need to do today, at a glance, regardless of the workspace. Upvoted!
Iād love to see this feature implemented. Kind of like how Slack is doing shared channels with Slack Connect: Slack Connect | Slack
Agreed, would love to see this feature! I use Asana to manage multiple clients, wish I could see all my tasks on ONE dashboard.
So Asana is not going to address this? Itās a dealbreaker for me as I am working on multiple organizations and workspace at the moment and desperately need a dashboard on whatās due today.
This would be a huge, huge feature for my companyās workflow, as a large amount of our daily work is tasks for clients through their Asana workspaces.
Please consider making this a priority update Asana team!! ![]()
More than 600 votes. I love Asana but this is annoying that I have to switch between organizations to see myTasks and there is no way to see all myTasks from all the different organizations Iām currently in. I would pay for this extra. Having one inbox itās crucial for productivity. Workaround with Taco App is not what I was dreaming of.
@Dustin_Moskovitz Greg here. Can someone at Asana give us an update? Thanks ![]()
Hi @gf11, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us!
This is a very popular request in the forum, and our product team is closely following this thread. Although I donāt have any updates at the moment, weāll make sure to update the thread as soon as we have news.
Looks like this has been a feature request for close to 4 years and going nowhere. I had a friend try to talk me into using this because she loves it. I setup a workspace yesterday, gave her access. She game me access to projects within hers. Two windows to flip between to get to stuff. Not super helpful or efficient.
Agree with everyone here. This is crucial.
@Asana 4 Years and no progress on this? I have been researching Asana as a productivity tool for our company. Unfortunately, this thread has made it clear we will be going with a different platform. I recommend you prioritize this feature as it is crucial for Enterprise customers. It may not be as high on the list for individual users or small project teams but it is essential for medium to large enterprises.
Itās not even limited to an enterprise need. Iām using this across several small businesses, a non-profit org, and personal use, and not having a user-centric consolidated My Tasks view is absolutely the thing that always prevents me from making better use of this tool. I aspire to use it as designed, but for sheer pragmatism I end up throwing timely tasks into Reminders so I can see a single list of the dayās needs, which keeps me out of Asana, and erodes what should be my more consistent use of it across all orgs. Very frustrating.
To put an even finer point on this. Iām a user, a human, and human-centered design would put this at the center of a desired UX, especially if Asanaās growth goal includes individual humans bringing Asana to new teams. That growth is directly at odds with the pain such expanded use presents me as a daily user.
The more I bring Asana to new teams, the worse its value is for me personally. Itās an anti-network effect.
