Trigger via other rules?

I’m not sure how to use the “Trigger using other rules: Allow this rule to be triggered by other rules” option that appears in the “” rule settings.

Help Rules doesn’t seem to provide any detailed information.

I’d like to know where I can find a more specific explanation.

There’s a previous post about this, but I’m still not entirely sure.

Hi @ka_nishiyama ,
It’s basically if another rule fullfils the trigger and conditions of this rule, then it will run the action of this rule.
So you can essentially ‘chain’ rules to trigger each other. In some cases you may not want this, i.e. only triggered by human input/interaction.
