I’m really excited about the new “Collaborator is added” trigger! However, I have a question regarding how to set it up efficiently for my team.
What I’m trying to do: I want to create a rule that triggers whenever any collaborator is added to a task, rather than limiting it to specific individuals.
What I’ve tried so far: I tried setting up the rule in the builder. As shown in my attached screenshot, I currently have to add team members one by one using the “OR” logic.
What’s confusing / My questions: The feature announcement mentions: “Use the “is” or “is one of” operators to trigger your Rule for specific collaborators or any collaborator addition.” > However, I’m having trouble figuring out how to apply this.
Is there a built-in option to select “All Collaborators” or “Any Collaborator” so the rule fires no matter who is added?
If there is no “Any” option, do I have to keep adding users individually using the “OR” logic, or is there a way to utilize the “is one of” operator to select multiple people at once within a single trigger block?
I would appreciate any guidance on how to set this up correctly. Thank you!
Hi @hyojeong! Thank you for raising this and apologies for the mix-up! At the moment, the filtering option isn’t available just yet.

In the meantime, you can try using AI Studio by adding a check if “Use AI” and adding instructions to help filter collaborators.
Hope that’s helpful, and we appreciate your feedback
