Hi everyone, I’m excited to share we’ve just launched the new trigger option for Rules: “Collaborator is added.” Here’s what you can do with it:

  • Automate follow-ups instantly: Set up Rules to take action the moment a collaborator is added to a task—no more manual steps to notify teammates or kick off workflows.

  • Flexible filtering: Use the “is” or “is one of” operators to trigger your Rule for specific collaborators or any collaborator addition.

  • Find it easily: The new trigger appears under the “Added to task” section in the Rules builder.
