  • (Personal) Private task breadcrumb navigation: Click on a private parent task’s breadcrumb to request access to it.
  • (Personal) Desktop app minimum OS version update: Update to macOS 13 or later to continue using the Asana desktop app, which now displays a warning banner on unsupported versions.
  • (Personal) “Search this view” section expansion: When “Search this view” is used in List view, collapsed sections will automatically expand, revealing matching results that previously would have been hidden in collapsed sections.
  • (Starter) “Collaborator is added” rule trigger: Automate workflows with a new rule trigger that fires when a collaborator is added to a task.
  • (Enterprise) Pause rules in a bundle: Pause individual rules within a bundle within a bundle without deleting them, making it easier to manage complex automation setups.
  • (Starter) Rule branch duplication and reordering: Duplicate and reorder branches in the rule builder to speed up setup and reduce errors when creating complex rules.
  • (Starter) Rule builder AI toolbar updates: Use updated AI-powered controls in the rule builder for a streamlined automation configuration experience.
  • (Starter) AI Studio ReadTool reference improvements: Create more powerful AI Studio smart workflows that can read the full details of tasks within @mentioned containers like projects and portfolios.
  • (Starter) Filter by date custom fields in search: Filter Advanced search results using date-type custom fields to find work more precisely.
  • (Starter) Self-serve Timesheets & Budgets purchasing: Purchase the Timesheets & Budgets add-on directly from the Manage Plan page without contacting sales.
  • (Starter) Emoji react to create a task from Slack: React with an emoji on a Slack message to instantly create a linked Asana task.
  • (Starter) Migrate select fields to reference fields: Convert single-select or multi-select custom fields nearing the 500-option limit to reference custom fields using a new in-product conversion action.
  • (Advanced) Goals custom fields improvements: Access shareable goal URLs, use bulk actions on goal custom fields, and benefit from improved subgoal filtering.
  • (Advanced) Portfolio duplication improvements: Multihome child items automatically when duplicating portfolios and use the API for portfolio duplication.
  • (Advanced) Bulk actions in portfolio grid: Select multiple projects or portfolios in portfolio grid view to multihome items, edit custom fields, and trigger rules in bulk.
  • (Enterprise) SCIM support for divisions: Assign users to specific divisions directly from your identity provider using SCIM for paid organizations with divisions enabled.
  • (Enterprise) Duplicate allocations: Duplicate existing allocations in Capacity Planning to speed up resource planning workflows.

A couple comments/questions:

Bundles are available on Enterprise and Enterprise+, not Starter.

This was launched last summer as @ka_nishiyama noted here.
Has something changed or added?

Hi @Richard_Sather, sorry for the delay, and for the recurring issues here. I’ve submitted a request to our Content team to have the April Release Notes article fixed, and I’ve added these examples to our ongoing internal conversation regarding process improvements. Thank you for catching those, and I really appreciate your patience!

In the meantime, I’m correcting the issues here in the Forum post.

What’s up with this pop up advertisement for Timesheets feature every time we add Actual Time to a task? Is there any way to disable this? Can we let our customer success team know we’re not interested and have the sidebar button removed or the pop up feature disabled?
