Typing “test1” in Search view results in this display:
which is confusing because it actually found, but does not show, a test1 task. It’s in the collapsed QA/QC section:
Instead of the above, I’m requesting:
- Don’t show all those <Section name> + Add task groupings since they don’t match the search, and
- Expand the section where a result was found so I can see it.
Imagine if there were many collapsed sections; I’d have to expand them all to see where the found task is.
While this can all be handled in advanced search, I’ve many times wished the immediate Search view behavior could accommodate such quick searches without the use of advanced search which breaks my flow of work.
