The copying of rules across project is a game changer! If there was a way to copy rules to your “My tasks” that would be INCREDIBLE!

Where can I find out more about this? I’m not seeing where this option exists in my current projects. I do see the new option to expand/collapse sections in Board view.

This is listed as available on Starter, but appears from the article to be applicable only to the Timesheets & Budgets Add-On. In the December, 2025 release notes, I noticed this formatting: (Add-on) Timesheets and Budgets add-on: [release notes]. Will add-on release notes be embedded in regular tiers in the future or could we see them called out as associated with an Add-on?

Hi @Vanessa_N
Thanks for the release note!

I’ve identified some discrepancies with what we currently notice in the tool.

#1 Collapsible columns don’t seem to be saved automatically (save button is needed)

(Personal) Collapsible board columns: Collapse and expand board columns in project and My tasks board views, with the collapsed state saved and persisted.

(other source)

#2 The new “delete” is not in the sidebar, but in the Search

(Personal) Revamped trash experience: Delete and recover projects alongside tasks and messages from a new centralized trash view in the navigation sidebar.

#3 Reordering rules doesn’t seem to impact their execution order

(Starter) Reorder rules: Reorder rules in the customize menu for more control over display and execution order.

Are those options going live soon, or is there are small mistakes in the Release note copy?

Thanks in advance for the follow-up

I was told by a rep that you need at least 60 seat minimum to get access to AI Teammates :open_mouth: Is this the case? Any chance of future changes on this? Major bummer for small team power users like myself who are no where near this seat count.

Hi @Angel_Conde, welcome to our Community! That’s a great suggestion, and it looks like we don’t have this feature request in the Forum yet. I’d recommend creating a new request in English Forum > Product Feedback so that others can upvote it. Don’t forget to add your vote too!

Hi @Elizabeth_Lumsden, happy to clarify!

For the expansion/collapse, you will find this by hovering over a section and clicking the three dots (…) that will appear (“More section actions”)

Good point, and apologies for the confusion! This feature is indeed specific to the Starter plan with the Timesheets and Budgets add-on. Our Content team and I are actually working on a new way to highlight add-on requirements in our Release Notes to make this clearer. I’ve flagged this specific one for a quick update, and I’ll edit the Forum version as soon as I hear back!

Hi @Arthur_BEGOU , thank you for flagging these.

That’s odd, testing on my end I noticed that in My Tasks the preference is automatically saved, but in Projects, I do need to click “Save view” for it to stick. I’ll flag this to our PMs to confirm if this is the intended behavior. Let me know if it’s the same on your end.

Yes, you are correct. We had noticed and fixed this in our Forum announcement post for the Revamped Trash Experience, but it looks like the Content team still had the outdated version. I’ve escalated this now and we’ll be updating this post and the Release Notes in the Help Center shortly!

For this one, it looks like the wording in the update was a bit confusing. While you can reorder the rules in the customize menu to better organize your view and match your workflows and priorities, this is purely a visual change and doesn’t actually change the execution logic.

Apologies again for the confusion. I’m working with our Content team to get these improvements prioritized so future Release Notes are more accurate and clear!
