🥳 New: You can now duplicate or copy Rules to other projects!

Apologies to the mods if this has already been posted, but I’m FLOORED. I was in the middle of the AI Studio for Project Managers webinar when we got a question about duplicating rules. I’m in Asana every day building and tweaking rules, but if there’s one thing I’ve learned from the spring release it’s to question everything I’ve ever known about prior rules limitations

Low and behold, we can now not only duplicate rules…we can copy them to other projects with a click This changes everything.

It’s been discussed (and you can see Asana marked it as “in development”) but I don’t think it’s been formally announced yet. But yes, it’s here, or at least is rolling out now.

I can confirm that this feature has now been fully rolled out! Honestly, your post and excitement are a much better way to share this news with the Community anyway.

This is a game changer as I can now setup a test project to tweak my rules and AI guidance, and when things work as they should, I can copy them to my primary project.

I just tried using this feature, and it seems to duplicate it successfully. However, when I try to open the newly created rule I see this:
