As we work across teams and projects, we’re continually bumping into issues where the team is working with a certain set of rules in one project and then as they shift to a different project, those rules don’t exist.
Sometimes it’s simple things, like change the status when a task is completed, and sometimes they’re much more detailed and intricate.
I know there’s a set of Asana rules that we can use or start from, but it would be far better to be able to duplicate, export/import or have a library of custom rules that can easily be added from one project to another.
Have you looked into Bundles? I use these ALL THE TIME to layer standardized rules/fields across projects. Then you have just one place to go when a rule breaks, or needs updates, rather then piecemealing project by project.
