Adding Rules to Multiple Projects

I’m starting to create custom rules to move tasks from my projects into a “dashboard” project. Ex: Overdue tasks go to the dashboard in an “overdue column”. I’ve created the rule in a single project and I’m wondering if there is a way in Asana to apply this rule to all of my other projects without having to manually create it in each one? Thanks!

It’s not currently possible to copy rules to another existing project (if you duplicate a project or create one from a template, and the source project has rules, those will copy over).

Global Rules would rule! Create a library for Rules

This would be a dream for me and I’m sure a nightmare to program but my hope is that on the Asana road map there is a milestone that would allow a rule we’ve created to be discoverable across all projects from a library (much like how Custom Fields behave). Create them once, add them forever. [Global Rules would Rule]

Ability to Copy Rules

As tasks can be added to multiple projects and you can add custom fields to carry that task progress into those multiple project, it would be GREAT to be able to copy a Rule and add to other projects. Use Case If I have a task in multiple projects and use a custom field for Not Started, In Progress, Completed, I have to create rules in EACH project to change that custom field as a task moves through a kanban.
