The My Tasks page is getting a huge glow up, with exciting new features that unify the power and flexibility of projects with My Tasks!
These updates are designed to streamline your workflow and provide a more cohesive experience in Asana. Here’s what’s new:
Saved Views on My Tasks: You can now save custom views on My Tasks, making it easier than ever to return to your preferred setup.
Notes on My Tasks: Add detailed notes directly to your tasks for better context and improved collaboration.
Unified My Tasks<>Projects Toolbar: Seamless navigation with a unified toolbar that bridges My Tasks and projects.
Unified My Tasks<>Projects Header: Our updated header brings a consistent look and feel across My Tasks and projects, making your workflow more intuitive.
Color on My Tasks Calendar: Easily distinguish your tasks with color-coded labels on the My Tasks calendar.
Unique Settings per View: Adding the flexibility of unique settings for each view. Whether it’s filters, sorts, or fields shown, each list and board view on My Tasks can be customized independently.
Please note that this is a gradual roll out, and it’s currently at 10%. We will keep you posted on the progress until the updates are available for all domains.

I am trying to migrate from ClickUp and have bought a subscription, but on my plan the feature is not available yet.
But I just decided to create another account with some of my other email accounts and yes, it’s there!
I can’t wait for the feature to finish rolling out globally.
Can you share any plans? I mean timeframes…

While we can’t share an exact ETA just yet, we’re aiming for a mid-October release. We’ll continue to provide updates here in the Forum as soon as we hear from the Product team.
Can you expand on the “Notes on my Tasks” feature? I don’t see that as an option outside of adding to the description or comments in a task - unless I’m missing something? I know some members of my team would love this feature so I’d like to be able to share with them
