New limit uncovered! Limit of 20 subtasks that can be added to a task via a rule… I didn’t see this on your list unless I missed it!! also note: if you create any subtask sections those count towards the limit.

Just ran into a limit of 10 Project Templates within a Portfolio. Not sure if this is limited by our plan (Legacy Enterprise) or is Asana wide, but it was jarring to say the least.

As a workaround, I am creating sub-portfolios to house Project Templates in groups (like with like) and setting up all Projects from the Templates to live in the parent Portfolio.

I discovered something new to me and maybe I missed it on this post, but I’m sharing in case we can add: Attachments exceeding 700KB are not added to any email that is sent out via an external action rule.
