New limit uncovered! Limit of 20 subtasks that can be added to a task via a ruleā€¦ I didnā€™t see this on your list unless I missed it!! also note: if you create any subtask sections those count towards the limit.

Just ran into a limit of 10 Project Templates within a Portfolio. Not sure if this is limited by our plan (Legacy Enterprise) or is Asana wide, but it was jarring to say the least.

As a workaround, I am creating sub-portfolios to house Project Templates in groups (like with like) and setting up all Projects from the Templates to live in the parent Portfolio.

I discovered something new to me and maybe I missed it on this post, but Iā€™m sharing in case we can add: Attachments exceeding 700KB are not added to any email that is sent out via an external action rule.

The limits on Notes is already in point 8.12.
Regarding reference fields not being available in forms, that seems more suitable to belong to @Bastien_Siebman 's BUTs post, rather than in this post that focuses just on the ā€˜numbersā€™. :wink:

@Richard_Sather It seems there is another restriction for the size of the files attached through Outlook Add In which is only 3MB Asana app/integration in outlook limits file size to 3mb - App Integrations / Made by Asana Apps - Asana Forum. What is the point? It is very restrictive and it breaks the workflow when we use the integration. Some files need to be uploaded independently and this creates problems! Can we request it as a product feedback so the file size limit increase to be similar to normal attachment?

Regarding Outlook, is it not the case that one may attach files exceeding 3MB when corresponding with x@mail.asana.com?

The limitation is when an email needs to be added as a comment on a existing task and add all attachments.
