With an Advanced or legacy Business plan or above (I believe), you can specify in the form editor Settings tab (on the right) any message you’d like to appear upon form submission.
With those plans or above, you can use rules to send an email or add comments if your users are in Asana. You can trigger any of these actions as a result of a new task being added to a project from a form submission. See help.asana.com for more info on forms, rules, etc.
Thanks Larry, I am using the message upon form submission already, which is great. I was hoping to be able to send a confirmation email to ppl submitting a form request who are not Asana users. Is that possible?
