I have a very simple rule (via new rule builder). When a Tasks is moved to a specific section an customized fields needs to be set to “In Progress”.
When should a rule run? I see for the rule the message: “Rule hasn’t run yet”. When should this rule run?
@Niels_Oomen - the rule should run when the trigger is recognized and all conditions are met. If you post a screenshot of your rule (obfuscating any private info) in the rule builder, we may be able to help you troubleshoot if your rule hasn’t run as anticipated.
