Hmm tasks I add from Outlook end up in my “Personal Tasks” and not my organization inbox as a new task… is this the expected behaviour?
Emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org do end up in my organization inbox as expected
You should be able to choose in which space you want to create your task by clicking on the little cog icon in the top right corner of your screen top open Settings:
And then using the drop-down menu to select your space:
