In My Tasks, I’ve set up rules to move tasks to “today” or “this week” based on their due dates. However, when I create tasks assigned to me in projects, and they appear in My Tasks, they don’t move to “today” or “this week” even though their due dates are for today or this week. Can you help?

Currently, due date rules will trigger once a day around midnight.

The tasks you are referring to were they just created or yesterday?
Thank you very much for your response. I will read the thread you have attached closely. I created the tasks yesterday, so they should have moved to the correct columns by now, right?
I created this rule yesterday: “Due date is approaching (1 week) - Do this (move task to section ‘this week’).” I can see that the rule hasn’t run yet, even though there are tasks due on Tuesday, Thursday, and one where the task extends until next Tuesday. Does the rule only run when there is exactly one week until the due date and not if there is less than a week? That could potentially explain the issue.
