Profile picture > Settings > Notifications > Project notifications / Portfolio notifications.
If you’d like the bulk updating of these live projects (which you can do with the “Manage individual projects/portfolios”) to become easier you can add your vote and voice to this topic: Petition for being able to "deselect ALL" member notification checkboxes at once in the 'member notification settings'
