I have a guest user who is not receiving notifications when tasks are assigned to her. (I thought the problem was limited to tasks assigned by rule (see other post), but it is a broader problem). Her notifications are all turned on, but she is not getting the notifications when tasks are assigned. She is getting notifications of comments made to tasks that have been assigned to her. Any ideas what is going on?
When you mean “notifications”, do you mean in her Asana Inbox feature or via emails?
I mean, is she getting only Inbox, but not emails? Or not even Inbox notifications?
Could you check if the “Activity updates” option is enabled for her in the Notification settings?
Yes, all notification options are “on”
