How to correct email notification issues?

Hello!

We have our email communications turned on to be notified when a task is completed, but these have not been working for us (we are not getting an email and it is slowing down our work process). Has anybody else had this issue and know how to correct it? The only emails we consistently get are the daily ones but that is not helpful if we complete something mid-day and expect our team members to be notified of the update.

Are you sure you did not disabled activity emails from your profile settings?
Did you consider using the Asana Inbox instead of emails?

It is showing as enabled, and using the Asana inbox does not give any sort of notification unless you go check there. It does not help our team to have to check 2 separate inboxes unfortunately :frowning:
