Merging account B to account A, and then closing account A: what will happen?

I follow the instructions here to merge my new Asana account (Account B) with my existing Asana account (Account A).

Account A uses my work email address, but the authentication is done with Google, because my work email address is powered by GSuite. That GSuite work account is being deleted soon because my organization is moving away from GSuite.

So, my question is: is my Asana Account B truly a joint owner of the Asana account, and as such won’t lose access to the account once my GSuite Google Account (currently accessing Asana Account A) goes away.

Hi @Canadian_Guy, welcome to the Forum and thanks for reaching out!

If you merged your account A and B, this means the email addresses associated with those accounts now belong to one single account. You’ll be able to access your Asana account from any of your email addresses.

If your Organization is moving to a different domain that is currently not associated with your Organization, please contact our support team and they will be able to help update this information as well!

I hope this helps! Let me know if I can help you with anything else!
