Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:

Large CSV File (~10,000 lines) would not import into project. Screen turns white and will not load the file into project. Import worked successfully when there were ~60 lines in the file, but not now that it is much larger. Is there an import limit from CSV to projects and/or templates?

Steps to reproduce:

Go to project, import CSV file

Browser version:

Version 73.0.1 (64-bit) Firefox

Hi @Sara_Masse and thanks for the report.

I’m not aware of a hard limit after which the CSV importer fails importing task, but I can imagine that the larger the file is the more chances to run into importations issues. In order to investigate this issue further, could you please reach out to our support team and provide them with the info below?

  • URL of the project you’re trying to import your CSV into
  • Your CSV file
  • The URL of this thread so you don’t have to re-explain everything
