Image thumbnails are not showing in task details or board. Including in Chrome, iPhone App. Also tested in Mozilla and same problem.

Can you please try opening Asana from a incognito window and let me know if the issue persists? Are you able to access the Image directly from Google Drive?

Google Drive files have their own permission settings. If someone links a Google Drive file to their Asana task, everyone on that task can see a link to the file, but it does not necessarily mean that they have access to the Google Drive file.
The person that attaches the Google Drive document more than likely has the file that they shared set to private.
In order to access the Google Drive file, whoever has access to that file must share it with everyone on the task.
If this is not the case, I recommend you to contact our support team so we can investigate this further.

Hi Emily thank you. Correct I did look into this when troubleshooting. My only worry is that for this specific task I am the only one assigned and I am the one adding the file from the google drive and I have allowed access to asana on the drive side.
The only additional info I can add is that I have tried both, adding a file from my shared business drive and my own personal drive and still does not work.
