@Virginia_Mowery shared a great tip to recover a deleted project that belonged to a deleted team. Thank you so much, Virginia!

I just had this issue where Asana deleted projects that were apparently linked somehow to a team I deleted. There were three of them, and they weren’t in the Archive. Panic!

So I did some searching, and it brought up the status updates I’d done for those projects. When I went to the status update, the project was still linked there.

I clicked on the project link and got the message the project had been deleted, and would I like to restore it?

YES please!!

It worked, and everything was back as it had been. Though the original thread was a long time ago, I wanted to share this solution I accidentally (and gratefully) stumbled on.
