HELP! HELP! HELP! Getting support from asana has been a nightmare. I hate the support bot. Reaching someone is impossible and because my account email address is incorrect I can never hear any follow up from requests. This is awful customer service. I’ve been at this for months no with no resolve.
I will never recommend asana to another person because of the lack of live human customer support… this was an awful experience!
