So…I went through the chatbot for support. It couldnt help me so it sent the request to Support. I then get an email saying thank you … and then another one saying i used the wrong email. But I didn’t send the request - Asana BOT did!!!
hmm, replying to my own. Looks like Support needs their own support - what a crock! I can’t get my automations working because of some Asana issue and I have just paid then a ton of money!
Asana very recently rolled out a new support system but it’s having some issues that they’re working through. Meantime, see here for how to contact them:
Hi @Phil_Seeman yeah I did use the Bot but looks like their redirect is picking it up as coming in incorrectly. It does appear to be on my help dashboard.
Its a real issue because none of my incoming rules are working
You mentioned in your reply that you used to chat bot to submit your request, and that you ran into a redirect issue. Can you confirm if you tried the other workaround, submitting your request via the form instead?
