Support chat bot not working

Continuing the discussion from Cannot add 2nd email address, first verification email links doesn't work, no further verification emails received:
I’ve attempted the solution listed on the original post:
* Access Asana Support - Help Center • Asana
* Select “I’m having trouble with…”
* Scroll down and click on “Let’s talk”
but whenever I talk to the chat bot it tells me:
Connection error
Please start over or refresh the page.
What should I do?

I’ve tried to reach out to support through the chat bot, that was the posted solution to my original issue. Every time I try to write a message to the bot it gives me an error saying: Connection error
Please start over or refresh the page.
How else can I create a support ticket?
