The urls support.asana.com and Asana Help Center redirect to the Help landing page.
Instead, make it link to https://help.asana.com/s/get-support which is a more appropriate destination.
Today someone failed to see the comparitively small “Get support” link in the Help page when trying to reach Support with support.asana.com
Thanks,
Larry

I would not have a problem with this change. But I would say the current design is the norm for software apps, and I can understand their perspective as well: try your best to have the user find their own solution via the product’s Help before encouraging them to take an action that will require your company’s labor resources (i.e. cost money).
I understand, but 1) I think it used to be this way at Asana, and 2) today a user failed to find Support from Help and I’d extrapolate to say it’s not so uncommon.
Nothing wrong with a giant call to action on the Support landing page trying to get users to help themselves with a link to Help.
The fact that other apps do this does not make it right. When you know the user is asking for Support, the best thing is to respect their intent.
