I had critical billing issues and looked for someone to talk to since 2 weeks with no one considernig me.
The Asana Help Center page in completely useless since is continuously refreshing every 3 seconds. The chatbot is useless too since it tells me to go to the Asana Help Center for support which is not working… You at asana should be paying me for all the time I’m loosing trying to figure out how to properly pay you!
I am really disgusted by your way of treating paying customers.
Unfortunately - and I know it’s frustrating - Asana is currently experiencing an issue with the help and support site. They are working on fixing it, but in the meantime see this post for how to contact support:
Hi @Autofficina_Scaleran, I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. We’re working hard to fix the issues with the Help Center as soon as possible. That said, I see you submitted a support request on Oct 14th, and the Support team replied to you yesterday. I also see that you’ve followed up on their response, and they’ll get back to you soon to continue assisting you.
I actually submitted more than a request, but only after writing this post I get answerer by someone who’s not on the sales department. So I really hope that the support team will solve my problems but i’m still not happy with Asana’s customer care policy.
