Has anyone here experienced administrative issues from Asana? We have received emails from a French company claiming to represent Asana. We have flagged this to the Asana support team as a Phishing attempt but never received a reply from Asana. We have been using Asan for many years but this issue is causing us a lot of stress because we keep receiving these letters.
I think it might be best to contact Asana Sales for that ( Neem contact op met ons verkoopteam • Asana )
I’m not sure how much Asana will be able to do about that though.

Yes. I emailed support@asana.com on 30 July 2024 the subject line was:
“ASANA, Inc. / CINAPSIS”
I did not receive a ticket number or any acknowledgement from Asana.
Hi @Owain_Rhys_Hughes, unfortunately, the email address support@asana.com had already been deprecated by the time you reached out in July 2024. Since its deprecation, an automated reply has been sent to anyone who emails it, notifying them that the address is no longer monitored and providing details about the new support channel.
