Customer Support Not Responding or Working

I need to speak with someone from the Billing department about my Asana account and I have no way of getting in touch with anyone from Asana. I’ve tried the Help Center but it keeps on glitching with the weird Salesforce Login error page, the support ticket forum they opened up to combat this issue is no longer active, and the AI Chatbot keeps on going in circles in a conversation with me by asking for my name and email, but then it starts the conversation all over again each time.

I was never assigned a rep when I opened my account with Asana, otherwise I’d reach out to them directly. Please help me because I’m at a loss for words at how poor this level of customer service has been and it’s sad that I’m not the only one experiencing this after what I’ve seen on Reddit and other Forum Topics!

I took a closer look and saw that Mike from our support team already got in touch with you via email. Since the Forum doesn’t have access to billing or plan details, the best way to get this sorted is to reply directly to that email, Mike will be happy to help!
