I’m experiencing an urgent billing issue that I have been unable to resolve. I’ve tried multiple times to get help through the support page and chatbot, along with sending emails, but I keep running into the same problems.
Here’s what I’ve encountered so far:

The chatbot puts me in an endless loop. Once I provide my email, it just resets, and I’m never given the option to reach a human.

Every time I go to the support page, I get a Salesforce error message—this happens in both Incognito and regular browser mode.

There is no clear path to escalate my billing concern or contact a live support agent.
Frankly, I don’t understand how a company can make it this difficult to get help with something as important as billing. Right now, there does not appear to be any feasible support option available to me.
This is time-sensitive, and I need direct assistance from a billing specialist immediately. Could someone from Asana please advise on how I can actually connect with support?
