Is there to actually chat to support and not get prompted to send emails to billing?

Our team is suddenly locked out of our boards. We can’t access them and it’s saying we need to pay for more members. Admins can’t access billing.

There is no live chat — just a misleading bot that prompts to raise support ticket.
