Somehow, I’ve become locked out of my marketing team’s Asana account, even though I’m the billing owner. I don’t know how this happened or how to fix it. It just seemed to randomly occur. I’ve tried having another team member invite me back, tried clicking on conversations I’ve already been involved with and searching for my team on the Set Up a New Account form. Nothing works. Can anyone help?
