Unable to Access Account Despite Active Subscription (Got Blocked)

I’m unable to log in to my Asana account, although all payments have been made. My other team members can access Asana without any issues, but I am blocked on both the web and app versions.

It’s frustrating to experience this after just one month on the Starter Pack. I’m also disappointed by the difficulty in reaching technical support for paying customers.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue promptly?

This was due an Asana outage that happened today, but has since been resolved. (See "This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.")
