Has anyone else had issues accessing the help forum? It seems like there is a bug and it keeps loading but won’t let me support a ticket. I’ve restarted my computer and cleared cookies but am frustrated that the Asana support email is now unmanaged and I have active projects I cannot access. I’m on the free version with one team member, 2 projects and 2 users under each project and it is prompting me to pay $65 a month. Does anyone know how to get someone on the phone since I can’t submit a ticket?

Welcome, @Melanie_Parker, and sorry. Asana recently rolled out new Support functionality and it’s had problems. See the following for how to contact them (there’s no phone option, sorry again):
Re your bill, in case it wasn’t clear, there’s a two-seat minimum for paid plans (even if you only need one).
