I need someone from ASANA to reach out to me. I have 2 companies using ASANA. We have multiple issues since the updates. We can’t get anyone to help. We are extremely frustrated.

I’m sorry to hear that. Your best bet is to create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.
Make sure to not send extra replies to the resulting email thread until you hear back because that will send you to the bottom of the queue.

Hi @Audra_Mills, I took a look at the email you sent to our support team, and it seems the issue you’re running into is related to a test our team ran a couple of week ago. We have since implemented some iterations which should help aleviate the issues you’re reporting.
