Gmail Rule Broken

I have a user trying to create a rule that sends a message from her Gmail account when a new task is added to a project, but no matter what she does the rule says it is broken. When she added me to the project, I was able to create a rule using our department’s Gmail account with no problem.
I had her de-authorize her Gmail account and try to reconnect it to see if that would resolve the issue, but now when she tries to connect, she is getting a “Bad Request, Error 400” message.
