The Gmail rule in external actions is not working. After trying to authenticate the google email, it tries opening a new tab and closes abruptly without anything being displayed. Has anyone faced this?
Are you using the app or a browser window? Do you have a pop-up blocker on?
Hi everyone, sorry to hear about this trouble. We’ve received some similar reports from other users, and this might be a bug. We’ve already escalated this issue to our Developers for investigation, and will keep you posted on the progress here.
@Service_Center, I see that you’ve also reached out to our Support team regarding this issue. They are currently handling a high volume of cases, so it’s taking a bit longer than usual to get a reply, but you will be able to see the updates here in this thread

I’ve been having the same problem since Mon 12/24. Please let me know when its been resolved. I cannot add a workflow rule to send a gmail.
