With custom rules, I’d love to be able to set up the following…
Trigger: Attachment is added
Action: Comment, but also tag the task assignee.
With Task Templates it would be great to customize rules a little more specifically, especially with subtasks. Are there any plans to build out more options for custom rules?

In general we recommend creating separate feedback request threads for every topic
Now I had a quick look and I have found some existing threads that might be what you are looking for:
I would really like to have a possibility to target auto comment to a user to whom the task is currently assinged.

I’m hoping the same features that are available in Task Templates can be implemented in rules-created subtasks, namely: dependencies, and the ability to multi-home the subtask in another project.
This will allow us to make full use of forms; when a client submits a request using a form, we will be able to automatically add our workflow as subtasks based on the requ…
There are a bunch more feedback request threads about rules, I recommend searching the forum to see if any of the others are of interest
