Creating a rule immediately leads to "Rule Broken"

When I create a rule under “My tasks”, it creates it but then says “Rule broken”

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Under “Personal Projects”, navigate to “My tasks”
  2. Click Add rule and then add a rule for “Today”
  3. It says “Rule broken”

Browser version: Chrome Version 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (x86_64)
