I have a Project Template that has rules, (i.e. create subtask when adding Custom Field,) but when I create a project from this template the rules are not working, but when I recreate the rule in the project itself manually it works

I have encountered the same issue where I created a rule when a custom field was changed to create subtasks using the variables feature in the name of the subtask, and it is giving me the same issue of Asana displaying the banner of the rule being triggered but it doesn’t get executed.
Hi @Leiby_Markowitz, thanks for reporting this issue, and sorry for the trouble here! I just tried to reproduce this issue, but when I create a project from a template, all rules are duplicated and run normally. My hunch is this is a glitch specific to some projects.
In this case, I’d recommend you to contact our support team and send them the URL of the template and the new project created from the template. This will help them check more details and see what could be the error!
