Rules moving tasks are paused in projects created from templates

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: I’ve created a project template that will have ~12 tasks associated with it upon creation, as I’m creating the project as a conversion from a Task. When I create the project using the template, there are two rules built within the project template that are paused upon creation, effectively halting the process for automatically filing the tasks where I’d like them to go.

Steps to reproduce: Create a template with rules that run when tasks are added. Create a project with said template inclusive of tasks. All task rules will be paused.

seems there was a similar case earlier this year which got resolved: Rules assigning users are paused on projects created from templates.

And I have also found this which seems to fit for your case as well if I understood correctly?

We appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to our attention and how it can be a bother. We completely agree with this and are already working to build out a change in this. You can expect to see this added functionality where the rules won’t pause in the coming in the near future.”
