Rules labeled "broken" if a step involves a private project?

I manage some Rules for a cross-department Support Tickets project, and some of these rules also multi-home projects to other teams’ private work tracking projects. I don’t have access to all of these, and that’s fine. They setup that multi-homing step and it’s working for them. Recently, however, rules now show as “broken” for me if they include a step that involves a project I don’t have access to. What changed? Has anyone else had this issue?

I’ve never had access to this project, and it’s never mattered before. The rule never showed up as broken.

@Jackson_Lee,

Unless you show the rules in more detail, and someone is willing to try to debug in this environment, you may want to try these troubleshooting steps, then please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.

May I move this topic out of this private category so 600k+ others can benefit from it?

Thanks,

Larry

I have the same thing. This is a bit annoying because we might be tempted to delete or try to fix when in fact everything works as expected. @Vanessa_N do you want to try and find out if this is a bug or a new “feature”?
