Asana Freezing When I try to open task details even in Incognito

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
When I open asana (web app) it appears to work fine. However, if I click on a task to view the details the entire browser window freezes and never unfreezes. The same thing happens if use a Incognito window

Steps to reproduce:

  • Log in
  • click on any task anywhere

Browser version: Chrome Version 86.0.4240.198 (Build ufficiale) (x86_64)

Hi @Roberta_Piantavigna, thanks your report and sorry for the trouble here! It seems this issue is related to the tasks permissions. In order to investigate this further, please contact our support team and share this information:

  • URL of the task and project you are trying to access
  • URL of this thread so you don’t need to re-write everything

Unfortunately I don’t have the tools in the forum to investigate this further but I hope this is solved soon!
