Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: When I open asana (web app) it appears to work fine. However, if I click on a task to view the details the entire browser window freezes and never unfreezes. I have to close out the browser and re-open a new browser tab to start over but the problem continues.
Steps to reproduce:
Log in
click on any task anywhere
Browser version: Safari 14.0 or Chrome Version 85.0.4183.121

I am having the same problem and it works in the incognito window in Chrome. What does this mean?
Hi @Tracey_Doyle, thanks for reaching out! Chrome does not employ your installed extensions when using a incognito window. In this case, if the issue is solved when you access from a incognito window in Chrome, this means there is an integration blocking your access to Asana or causing issues to load Asana.
You can manage Chrome extensions clicking the three dots in the top right corner of your browser > More Tools > Extensions.
