Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: Issue experienced friday and monday, using asana - managing tasks lists, the app freezes. i am using asana for mac and web app and it is occuring on both versions.
Steps to reproduce: changing dates and moving tasks around from “My Tasks”
Browser version: Chrome Version 116.0.5845.110 (Official Build) (arm64)/ Asana desktop for mac
What version of Asana are you using (Basic/Premium/Business/Enterprise)? basic
Hi @Daniella_Pozzolungo, sorry for the trouble. We haven’t detected performance issues on our end recently. Can you confirm if your colleagues are also experiencing issues? Can you replicate the issue in an incognito window?
Hi @Daniella_Pozzolungo thanks for testing. When something works in incognito but doesn’t work in your main browser, it’s possible that there’s a browser extension causing conflicts with Asana. I’d recommend trying to disable these extensions to discover which one is causing issues.
