Asana and Zendesk

Is there a way to set up rules to change the status in an Asana task whenever ZD status is changed in a ZD ticket that is linked to it?
at Zendesk they replied that they can send data to Asana via trigger and webhook. However, they don’t know if Asana is capable of receiving and processing data from a webhook.

You can’t make rule based on something the task is linked to. You will have to build your own Action rule (using AppComponent) or rely on tools like Zapier & co.
